We all experience setbacks from time to time. We are here to help! If you are on probation or facing academic suspension, Academic Reboot may be right for you. This academic recovery program is for undergraduate students who have experienced academic difficulties and who want to improve their skills to boost their academic performance.
How will Academic Reboot benefit me?

- Meet with our team of learning and success specialists who can work with you on areas you need support
What will I learn?
Learn and apply skills and strategies in:
- Time management
- Notetaking and listening
- Studying and exam preparation
- Motivation and focus
- Academic writing
- Managing stress and mental health
- Career exploration and connection
- Connecting with campus supports and services
- and more!
Academic Reboot includes:
- Online modules on key topics related to success at university such as Time Management, Academic Habits of Mind, Career Planning, etc.
- Group Sessions: Weekly on-campus sessions provide hands-on opportunities to learn, share and apply new strategies in a positive space. The group will meet 6-8 times in the fall term.
- One-on-one coaching and check-ins with a success specialist or peer coach is available for ongoing support, accountability, and guidance for your individual needs.
The anticipated commitment is about 1-1.5 hours per week, for 6-8 weeks during the fall term.
